One glass of juice per day can make a difference in your health?

Just one large glass of cranberry juice each day could slash your risk of urinary tract infection in half, according to a research study in the Journal of American Medical Association.

Great news for women, because by far, more women than men develop UTI's. In fact, it is estimated that 1 in 4 women will experience this problem at least once in their lifetime. In a study performed by Harvard Medical School, found that women who spent a little as six months drinking daily 10 ounce glass of cranberry juice experienced almost half as money infections as those who did not drink the juice.

To develop a healthy urinary tract and more, try to incorporate at least one 10 oz. Glass of cranberry juice into your diet each day, and try to choose brand that contains at least 27% cranberry juice content, the amount suggested by the American Medical Association.
