Bio: Cheryl obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree at Rutgers University-Newark. She is board-certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the national honor society for nursing. Cheryl has been a nurse practitioner at Rutgers Student Health since 1990. In addition, she has experience in community-based private practice in both pediatrics and gynecology. She is adjunct faculty at Seton Hall University and Rutgers University and precepts graduate nurse practitioner students at the Health Center. While Cheryl sees students with all problems, she has special interests in women’s health, eating disorders, and student athletes.
