Bio: In the last 10 years, Mark Cruz has worked within organizations that have provided community health education covering topics in Alcohol & Other Drugs, Mental Health, and Sexual Health. Mark has worked closely with the NJ Department of Health to provide technical assistance and quality assurance to state and federal HIV prevention programs to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of Effective Behavioral Interventions. In addition, Mark helped to develop the first statewide NJ HIV Prevention Gay Men’s Retreat to help educate and promote awareness of HIV to high-risk populations.
