Appointments

• Limited same day appointments are available. Call early.
• If you would like to schedule an appointment On-Line for an annual Gyn checkup you may click here.
• Bring your student ID.
• Please bring your medications and/or a list of medications you take along with the dosage and instructions for use to your Health Center visit. Please include all prescription, over-the-counter, herbal products, supplements and vitamins that you take on a regular basis.

If you should need to cancel an appointment made on-line you may do so on-line or by contacting the health center at which you made the appointment.
