This site is primarily for the Rutgers University family.  Teens with questions about sex, submit your questions to: http://www.sxetc.org/experts/default.asp

We get thousands of questions every year, and only answer a few hundred of them. Read the existing questions to see if yours has already been asked. If you don't hear from us, consider asking your doctor or other health care provider.

The Q & A form appears at the bottom of each of the topic pages listed above and to either side.  Please pick the topic that most closely relates to your question.  More than likely, your question has already been asked and its answer been posted.  If you do not find your question, and you are connected to Rutgers University, fill out the form you find on that page.

Ask any question - on any topic relating to health. If you choose to remain anonymous when asking your question (i.e., you don't want a personal reply), the question AND its answer may be posted here, on this web site.

We under no circumstances post your name or email address, and as soon as the question and answer is posted and returned, your email address will be deleted from our system.

Questions of a specific personal nature should be asked of your health care provider. Rutgers students' questions of a specific personal nature can be addressed in person or by phone to a student health center.

This Question and answer page is designed for information purposes only and not to diagnose or treat specific illnesses.  It is difficult and often impossible to make a diagnosis via email and we strongly suggest that you see a health care provider about specific conditions - particularly if your symptoms are sever or are persisting.  In the event of an emergency, call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room.
