I went to another state school and will be in graduate school at RU in the fall. I believe I have everything I need in terms of immunization from undergraduate requirements. Can I just mail a copy of those records to your office in New Brunswick? Or possibly just fax this information?
I'm going to be a freshman in Sept. For the immunization forms, what should I do if I don't have a family doctor? Who should I go to for the last two pages? Can the nurse at my high school fill them out since she has my immunization records? Thank you.

My child was done
a skin test for tb called PPD. After 3 days, there was no bump, but a
reddishness in around the injected area. The size was 5-10mm. The doctor
ordered a chest-x-ray, which she said was negative. Is it that my child should
take medication for tb. Please let me know whether from the skin test - was it
positive?. then how x-ray can show it negative? and the follow-up medication -
is it necessary.
