My boyfriend "dips" and he thinks that it is not the same thing as smoking or has the same risks as smoking. Could you e-mail me some tips for that?

If I have been smoking for a combined amount of time, off and on for 3 years total, what are the possible risks I now face, and how rapid does smoking and its harmful affects start attacking a healthy woman, age 25? It seems that since starting adderal in August of last year, my social smoking turned into an addiction; could this be due to the medications I am taking since being diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety? I only smoked at a social level and now it is a daily habit. Did my brain chemistry suddenly change? Or could it be from the amphetamine based med I am now on?

I have just recently quit smoking and I am experiencing pains in my stomach, lower back and chest. My throat feels scratchy and it feels like I should be constantly clearing it. If I don't clear it then it feels like I cant breathe? Is this normal for people who have quit? Is my body just getting rid of the bad chemicals, or should I go and see a doctor?

I'm not a smoker, but I do chew Skoal. If would quit the minute after I ask you this question, how long would it take for the nicotine to get out of my system?
