This is an adaptation of the Holmes and Rahe's Life Events Scale for measuring stress levels. To determine your stress score, circle the numbers adjacent to each event which has occurred to you in the past 6 months. Then add them up. Under 150 is a "reasonable" level of stress (I would call under 100 relaxed). Above 150 and you have an elevated risk of stress-related health changes. Above 300 and you have a 50% chance of a serious health change in the next two years! Consider retaking this survey every so often
