Incoming Students

Welcome to Rutgers University and Rutgers Health Services. Rutgers Health Services has been accredited for over twenty years. As you start out, there are some things you need to do: 

  • Acquaint yourself with the required pre-entrance immunizations and how to document your compliance (See Pre-Entrance Immunization Record).
  • Check with your school or department for any special health requirements – e.g., School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy.
  • Bring to campus any health insurance and pharmacy cards.
  • If you are a minor, please have your parent/guardian complete the Parent/Guardian Authorization/consent to Treat Minor Child form and submit at your first visit to Rutgers Health Services.
