Welcome to Rutgers University and Rutgers Health Services. Rutgers Health Services has been accredited for over twenty years. All of our services are rendered confidentially without regard to gender, race, sexual orientation, culture, religious beliefs, disabilities, diagnosis, or marital, military or veteran’s status.
As you start out, there are some things you need to do:
• Acquaint yourself with the required pre-entrance immunizations and how to document your compliance (See Pre-Entrance Immunization Record).
• Check with your school or department for any special health requirements – e.g., School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy.
• Bring to campus any health insurance and pharmacy cards.
You also will need to know:
- In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 for assistance.
- After hours, call the RHS Advice Nurse Line for non emergency advice.
- How to make an appointment with Rutgers Health Services.
