CAPS is dedicated to serving the students and faculty at Rutgers – New Brunswick by providing comprehensive mental health services to the campus community. CAPS strives to provide services that are designed to help students reach and maintain a positive, productive university experience, ranging from various counseling services, educational and preventive initiatives, training programs, outreach and consultation activities, and to provide guidance on how to contribute to a caring healthy community. 

H.O.P.E. is an active learning, student centered unit within Rutgers Health Services. H.O.P.E. has an integrated academic and student life approach comprised of peer education, curriculum infusion, information development, outreach, and training related to health and wellness.

Rutgers Health Center Pharmacy is a full-service retail pharmacy that serves the entire Rutgers Community – students, faculty and staff.

Prescriptions, over-the-counter medication, personal care products, and even 25 cent condoms are all available at the main location in the Hurtado Health Center on the College Avenue Campus.
