Sabrina received her MSW from Rutgers University and is a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey. She has experience with providing trauma-informed treatment to adults including individual therapy, group therapy, and case management in acute partial hospitalization, inpatient, and higher education settings and provides supervision as a social work field instructor and clinical supervisor. Sabrina focuses on providing compassionate care that focuses on each person’s strengths and addresses intersectional factors that impact daily functioning, quality of life, and overall wellbeing. She incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) into her clinical work and has specialized training in Cognitive Restructuring for PTSD (CR-PTSD) and Narrative Enhancement and Cognitive Therapy (NECT). Sabrina is dedicated to supporting individuals by helping them to feel empowered and develop coping skills to successfully manage life stressors.
Clinical Interests: mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, developmental transitions, women’s issues, suicidality, co-occurring substance use disorders, integrated behavioral health in primary care settings.
