What is body doubling? 

It’s a productivity strategy where simply working alongside others, virtually or in person, can help you stay focused and accountable. Studies have shown that the presence of working alongside others can boost your focus and increase motivation. Whether you're studying, organizing your week, cleaning, or tackling a personal project like deleting old pictures from your phone, this space offers a calm, community-centered environment where you can show up, set intentions, and get things done.

  • Or anyone needing an accountability partner

Focus Together blends structure with support, helping you tap into motivation through shared presence and mindful breaks. Our sessions are led by Rutgers Wellness Coaches and Peer Mental Health Educators who are here to support you.
