Dominique is a student affairs and administrative professional with experience in case management, wellness programming, and higher education operations. In her current role as Program Coordinator for Counseling, ADAP, & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) at Rutgers University, Dominique supports over 55 staff and doctoral interns, facilitates internal operations, tracks clinical analytics, and assists with onboarding, professional development, and special projects to promote student mental health services.

Previously, Dominique served as an Administrative Assistant for Case Management in the Office of the Dean of Students and held a graduate internship in wellness and substance use education at The College of New Jersey. Dominique holds multiple wellness and peer educator certifications and brings a strong commitment to student well-being, data-informed service, and building supportive campus communities. She is passionate about creating an environment that fosters community, accessibility, and understanding for its students, faculty, and staff.
