Alison Goldsmith
Title: Doctoral Psychology Intern
Ali Goldsmith is a Predoctoral Intern with CAPS for the 2025-2026 academic year. She completed her BA in Psychology at Duke University, MA at New York University, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. Ali practices with curiosity, warmth, and compassion, with the ultimate goal of guiding her clients towards greater self-awareness and the ability to self-soothe.
Ali’s clinical interests include working with young adults, the queer community, survivors of trauma, and those experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, questions of identity, or eating disorders. She is also a former dancer and enjoys working with artists and performers who may feel the strain of perfectionism.
