Education: Masters in Social Work from New York University, Bachelors in Social Work Rutgers University
Reyna is a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She has experience working with richly diverse populations. These include those with mental health, substance use, people without housing, and a history of committing offenses. In addition, she has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, providing community-based outreach and both individual and group therapy though carefully eliciting evidence-based practices. Reyna is passionate about working with empathic and highly sensitive people to help manage and balance their emotional wellbeing through the use of mindfulness-based practices. Reyna loves to incorporate art, music, drumming, dance, nature therapy, sound healing, reiki, meditation and breathwork into her practice philosophy. Reyna takes great pride in helping others find their personal “true north”. She believes that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves through the strength of their own personal spiritual belief system, spiritual practices, and natural abilities and talents.
