How to Make a Counseling Appointment at CAPS

There are several ways to access CAPS services.

  1. All students seeking mental health services through CAPS need to call and schedule an initial appointment. Services are being offered via tele-health, phone, or in-person. For scheduling an appointment, please call CAPS at  848-932-7884.
  2. Let's Talk: Let's Talk is a free and confidential services offered by Community Based Counselors at CAPS, in various locations throughout campus. Let's Talk is available in-person, by phone, or drop-in. Students can call 848-932-7884 to schedule a Let's Talk appointment. Or drop-in at any of the CBC locations lists here
  3. After Business Hours Urgent Support—Call CAPS at 848-932-7884 and Press 2 to speak to a licensed mental health professional. If you need emergency assistance, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
