How to Make a Counseling Appointment at CAPS
There are several ways to access CAPS services.
- All students seeking mental health services through CAPS need to call and schedule an initial appointment. Services are being offered via tele-health, phone, or in-person. For scheduling an appointment, please call CAPS at 848-932-7884.
- Let's Talk: Let's Talk is a free and confidential services offered by Community Based Counselors at CAPS, in various locations throughout campus. Let's Talk is available in-person, by phone, or drop-in. Students can call 848-932-7884 to schedule a Let's Talk appointment. Or drop-in at any of the CBC locations lists here
- After Business Hours Urgent Support—Call CAPS at 848-932-7884 and Press 2 to speak to a licensed mental health professional. If you need emergency assistance, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
