Dr. Heath has more than 20 years of experience working for Rutgers University. Her scope of work includes teaching, research, administration, and clinical practice. Prior to joining Rutgers Student Health, Dr. Heath worked at The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Monument Square. Dr. Heath’s medical degree is from Hahnemann University (now Drexel University), and she completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Heath has had various academic and hospital appointments as faculty at SUNY, St. Peter’s University Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and several other institutions, as well as serving on the board of Directors for Rutgers Health. Dr Heath co-edited with Dr Sandra Sulik a textbook entitled “Primary Care Procedures in Women’s Health” published by Springer.
